The building was designed by the renowned Tsytsin architectural studio, creators of dozens of modern residential and commercial projects. The design of public spaces and the lobby was done by the London-based Studio Identity Design.

The premium apart-hotel VIDI infrastructure includes a lobby, restaurant, bar, coworking space, and the Mikhail Shemyakin art gallery.
