What documents are required for check-in?

A passport or other identity document and payment confirmation are required for check-in.

Is there a kitchen in the room?

Yes, all rooms have a kitchen.

Can I stay with children?

Yes, children under 7 can stay in any room at no extra charge. Children over 7 can stay with an extra bed in all rooms except SMART category.

What is the minimum length of stay?

Both short-term and long-term stays are available. From one night onwards.

Are there discounts for extended stays?

Yes, we offer special rates and discounts for both extended stays and long-term rentals. Details are available on the Offers page or from our managers upon booking.

What is included in the long-term rental price?

The accommodation price includes utilities, weekly cleaning, TV and wireless internet. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances.
