The concept originates from the history of St. Petersburg.
As the Neva embankments developed into production centers, including Sinopskaya (formerly Okhtinskaya, Kalashnikovskaya), merchants, industrialists and entrepreneurs began actively building apartment buildings near their factories, which led to the mass production of bricks. Each brick was stamped with the surname and initials of its maker. Today, every historic building preserves history in its walls, facades and entrance halls, and can tell the story of its creators.
In our project, we offered our investors the opportunity to leave their mark in the history of our city.
Each room at VIDI Apart-Hotel will bear the name of its owner and tell their story (like a stamp on a brick).
Our philosophy is that every person is interesting, and we are ready to preserve their story within the context of the apart-hotel's history.
