VIDI Apart-Hotel welcomes you and your pet. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, including those traveling with pets, we kindly ask you to observe our rules and recommendations.
A non-refundable additional fee of 1,000 RUB per night is charged for a room in which an animal is staying. This fee covers the additional effort and time spent on cleaning the premises during and after your visit, as some guests may suffer from allergies. Additionally, a refundable deposit of 5,000 RUB is collected upon check-in with a pet.
For guests staying on a long-term rate, a non-refundable additional fee of 5,000 RUB is charged per room once a month. The refundable deposit upon check-in is 10,000 RUB.
No more than one animal may be accommodated per room. If you have more than two animals, you will need to reserve an additional room.
Only small-breed dogs (up to 5 kg) are permitted.

If your pet likes to sit on upholstered furniture, the bed, or the carpet, please use a special mat or pad.
Animals are not permitted in common areas: the restaurant, cafe, or fitness center. When moving through corridors, in elevators, and in the hotel lobby, the animal must be on a leash or in a special carrier bag.
Please do not bathe your pet in the bathroom of your room during your stay.
Even dogs that are usually very quiet may become noisy in unfamiliar surroundings. Please keep your pet quiet, as it may disturb other guests.
Please keep your pet under control and do not allow it to approach other guests without their permission.
You are responsible for any damage to property, cleaning costs, injuries, or disturbances caused by your pet.
Our concierge service will be happy to provide additional information about pet shops located near the hotel and suggest the most convenient places to walk your dog.
Dog walking on the hotel premises is prohibited. Violation of this rule incurs a charge for additional cleaning of the grounds in the amount of 10,000 rubles.
