Stylish FAMILY apartments with modern renovation. A fully equipped kitchen (latest appliances) and a comfortable bathroom with shower await you. A double bed with an ergonomic mattress is provided for your rest. Perfect for a comfortable stay in a cozy atmosphere.
Our FAMILY room is a spacious one-bedroom apartment of 45 m². There is room for everyone.
Why guests choose it:
Space. 45 square meters — a zoned area with a sleeping zone featuring a large bed and a full living room with a sofa. You can work and relax without disturbing each other.
Extra sleeping space. The fold-out sofa easily transforms into a comfortable bed for a child or a third guest.
Work area. A comfortable spot for your laptop — for those who combine leisure with work.
Full kitchen. Everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, dishware. You can cook for yourself and not depend on cafés.
Security Deposit
Upon check-in, a deposit is made in accordance with the terms of the agreement. It remains with us for the duration of the stay and is fully refunded upon check-out, provided that the room is in good condition.
Rental Period
We offer rentals for 1 month or longer. For long‑term guests, we are ready to discuss individual terms.
Payment
The rent is paid monthly, in advance. Convenient payment methods are available, including cashless payments.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are arranged in advance. If you need to check out later or extend your stay, we will always do our best to find a solution.
Support
We are here if you need assistance — whether it's help with household matters, arranging minor repairs, or additional services (such as parking or transfer).
House Rules
We care about the comfort of all our guests, so smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Living with pets is possible — we will discuss the terms in advance and for an additional fee.
